Technical Guidelines for Submitted Images

1. Your file should have the resolution of 300 dpi, or as close to it as possible.

2. Files should be cropped properly and not include any border.

3. Images should be in focus, sharp and clear.

4. If your signature appears, make sure it is not cropped, a distance of 2" from corner edges is recommended.

5. Images have been cleaned so that no unwanted marks or textures appear.

6. Make sure the lighting is uniform and there is no highlighted or shaded area.
